I am in a period of transition although all the same old past history of low-self-esteem, unworthiness seems to be rearing its head. I ask for your prayers that I may face my fears, eliminate my desire for the approval of others, and begin to live a life of loving myself and others, of healing myself and others, of showing compassion for myself and others.

Dear Guru Ji I ask for my brother JMD, he is 90% handicap and still drives a car for living, he needs kidney transplant. Also for my other brother CA he had his hips replaced a few years ago and does not have a job since then. Also for Alejandro, so he will fulfill his life and my sister MC for her happiness. For my best friend SPT and her sisters to make their path full of light and for my husband, David, son Jeremi Jia and me (Maria Victoria Forman-Duranona) to have the strenght to walk tall and serve humanity without breaking or doubt.

I hope you are having a peaceful, soulful visit at the Golden Temple. My mother is in the hospital 3000 mi from me and suffering. I pray to grant her peace of body, mind and spirit.
That whatever is meant to happen shall come to pass, easily, painlessly for her. I pray for understanding and support between me and my brother and that I not act out my feelings of helplessness and sadness by trying to control things from afar. He is doing his best. For myself I pray renewed energy to follow my life's path in service to G-d and Guru. That abundance of energy, love and livelihood infuse my life with greater committment and yield an easier path forward. For my daughter I wish a wonderful semester in school of new adventures and expanding her horizons.
