healing conversation with our highly protective and well-meaning "everyday selves" (our egos), as well to allow
them to become the very important servers that they are. During this time, we will be easing into true

will listen to and then share our Souls as well as our everyday selves and work out their best relationships through meditative
listening, sharing, journaling, some fun creative projects and any music that you would like to bring, Soul level ceremonies,
walking over the land to the Rio Grande, resting in the green grass, visiting with each other, and more. So,
bring your musical instruments, some art supplies that you have been intending to use, and some sparkle of fun and sacred

of the class will be outside in my lovely garden! And since I am at the end of a dirt road with views of
snow covered mountains, with only one close neighbor--beyond a board fence, I believe that we will all emerge from our special
time together with a transformed core knowledge of what the actual meaning of being the "God who is having a human experience!"

trips to the natural food store on Friday before our gathering at 6 PM, and enjoying local restaurants.
- Just think—you’ll have the opportunity of doing early morning sadhana (daily spiritual practice) with a
large, tuned-in group of yogis in our beautiful sacred Gurdwara (place of holy gathering), along with live musicians leading
the chanting each day you are here!
- Bring modest casual clothes and a few dressy, special fun accessories that you love and would have fun with! Also bring sun protection!
- It seems that the next time I offer this course—probably in August, the price will be somewhat higher—so
now is the time to take advantage of our “bargain!” Right now, this
one is only $325!
- I am projecting that the number of participants be only 6 to 8 so that we will be able to have some real personal coziness
among us!
- Bring your sheepskin or something similar. The grass might be wet from
the sprinklers, or you might like to meditate in a more desert-y area and need the protection under you.
- We will make our lunch together every day, and for our first meeting on Friday evening at 6 PM, we’ll have a
dessert party where we’ll get to know one another, laugh and celebrate . Then
each morning we plan to tune in right at our appointed times—10:00 or 9:00 AM, so please be here a half hour earlier
than you see on the schedule to get settled so that we can begin together and don’t waste any time!
- I am about 3 miles from the main ashram area. So, if you are staying there, we will find some transportation for you
if you need it, although it might not be glamorous—such as the back of my truck!
