practice with the caregivers of relatives with dementia--a truly stressful occupation, Sat Kirtan Kaur performed a scientific
study on the effects of the well-known meditation called Kirtan Kriya, both the affective behavioral changes as
well as physiological and cellular changes in the bodies of her study group. Her wonderfully informative work has been
published and peer reviewed with good feedback. We are so very happy to have her present to us the surprising information
that she has discovered! We always knew it worked, and now we have scientific proof. This is a classic study of
Kundalini Yoga and its effects. To read the article in the Los
Angeles Times about this study, please click here. Dr. Dharma Singh and their Foundation, the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation funded this particular
research study on caregivers and Kirtan Kriya. Their research
grants to Penn and UCLA to study Kirtan Kriya have yielded several scientific papers, published in peer-reviewed medical journals.
