Intuition Basics

This is the very basic core to getting and testing

your Wisdom through Intuition--

that is the communication with

your very Soul, and with sweet Mother Earth!

So, now, please close your eyelids and roll your eyeballs up to look at your "third eye point" from the inside. Your third eye is located at the point between your eyebrows and just above. Then actually pull on those eye muscles as you look up. That sets off a marvelous chain reaction to get your pituitary gland secreting and upgrade the energetics of this amazing "chakra."
Start doing Long, Deep Breath to power up your whole energetic system.
Now, using your imagination, awareness, or "energetic muscle," focus a laser beam of light pouring out your third eye towards Infinity. Remember to keep your eyeballs pulled up to your third eye as you do this!
Now please call on or name the one that you are asking for wisdom--your Soul, Mother Planet (Adi Shakti), Guru Ram Das.
Then take the actual energy of your idea, question or vision and put it just in front of your third eye, and power that laser beam through it. Then watch what happens.
If you get a strong answer, either simple or with longer explanations, or if your vision fills in with greater definition and even turns to a whole video, then please trust it, and act upon it. If on the other hand your idea disappears, you get distracted, or your video turns to fog, then please let that idea go.
If it seems that this third eye process doesn't work for you, try tuning into the feelings in your gut, smells that occur, movement that you are inclined to and so on by using the same process as above, but just be aware of subtle but noticable sensations from any part of your body. Although the third eye access to Intuition is often the easiest and most powerful for lots of people, others receive their information through the subtle aspects of other sensory modes. However the process for contacting your source of wisdom is similar for all modes.

So, Dears, this is how you technically make use of your most profound access to your Soul, to Mother Planet or Adi Shakti, or to Guru Ram Das!
