This course is not meant to take the place
of regular therapy. It does, however, offer a set of tools based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
that will open you to the tremendous healing power that lives within you. There is
a map to your own healing inside of you. Kundalini Yoga and Shabad Guru help develop
the sensitivity to relate to and follow that map.
course will be divided into two parts of four classes each. The course will take you step by step
through an inner journey that allows you to do three things.
1. Understand your own response to trauma in a self-empowering way
2. Identify and consciously work with your inner
3. Help you to re-pattern the thoughts and feelings that
keep you from expressing your authentic and genuine soul-self.
Part 1 of

1. Getting in Touch with the Source of Healing
2. Acknowledging the
Coping Mechanisms Locked within the Brain Stem
Deeply Listening and Trusting Your Inner Cues and Guidance
Establishing a Dialogue Between the Soul and Different Aspects of the Personality
in the course will naturally go through some level of healing and transformation during our time together.
However, the purpose of the course is to give you new approaches and tools that you
can use again and again throughout the course of your life. So that your life can
become ever more joyful and expansive as you continue to work with, and embrace the gifts that come
from healing and making peace with the shadow.
