Mantra to Move through Difficult Situations!
Here is a magnificent mantra that has helped so many people, so many times let go of fear, attachment and pain while the
situation seems to ease out magically, and the future becomes smoother!
It was written by Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th
Sikh Guru in his amazing poem, Jap Sahib!
It works best if you recite this over and over again--day and
night, out loud or in your mind, especially when you are in the grips of some emotional or other kind of crisis. Don't
let the difficulty take you over. That takes some will power! Instead hang on so very tightly to the mantra.
Make it drown out the insecurity, fear, sadness, etc. in your mind. Then things within you change miraculously, but
oh, so very naturally and softly.

Gobinday, Mukunday... Well, I was looking for a mantra to face a specially difficult
situation in my life. I like to study and I like to practice mantra yoga, because I have some facility to capture the
mantras' vibration, I have facility to feel it flowing across my bodies, from the physical to the subtles ones. I'm used
to practicing vedic mantras. So I reached your website and I read about Gobinday Mukunday and I began to pronounce the mantra.
So I bought a CD with this mantra and I began to listen to it and to chant it. It's a characteristic of mine that I
hear, since I was just a child, that type of sound like an "humming bee" when I'm into silence moments. When
I was just a child, I used to call this like "the sound of silence" and I liked it so much! I appreciated to be
alone to listen to it! It was so comforting, so sweet. Well. So I went to a little trip this last weekend, and I was just
driving on the road and I began to observe that if I stayed focused in my interior silence I could hear, in a first plane,
that my current "humming bee", and in a second plane, very clearly, I could hear the Gobinday Mukunday mantra being
chanted like if a chorus could be chanting it into the "humming bee". It was so delightful! I drove all the
time focused on it, I drove about three hours listening to that beautiful subtle chorus! And then I discovered that I can
focus everytime into my "humming bee" and I can simply "tune" into that subtle frequency and I can hear
the mantra so clearly! Sometimes I lose the frequency and I can observe that I'm pronouncing the mantra by myself mentally,
but it's just to focus again and I can hear the chorus so clearly, like a flowing stream, like a voice into the wind. Last
night I meditated by this method by the sleeping hour and I fell asleep during this process and I had many symbolical dreams.
I will continue to work with the mantra. I don't know what will be of that difficult situation, but I reached a wonderful
mantra to work with! And I'm practicing with Ajai Alai, also. Both these mantras are really so special, they both have a
special vibrational quality. I would appreciate if you could send me any free texts you have about these mantras, if possible.
