“Sri Chand is the eldest son of Guru Nanak. He was Baal Yogeswar. 151 years
he served the entire humanity and never looked more than 12 years in his appearance.….He was always in his subtle body.
Very few people met him in physical terminology, but everywhere he appeared in his radiant body, in perfect form and shape.”
- Yogi
Bhajan
2010 is the year of the fire element, the element that transforms and transcends. This year is the year of Baba Sri Chand
as he presides over the fire element. We need this transformation and transcendence before we step into the Aquarian age,
which is just around the corner.
Two tele-classes based on the teachings of Baba Sri
Chand and Yogi Bhajan, that would dive deep into the history and legend of Baba Sri Chand, known as the protector of the innocent
seekers.
Here is a most remarkable
chance to learn all about the actual life of that immortal yogi Baba Siri Chand. You will find out much more about who
he was in his time--son of Guru Nanak, and founder of a dedicated yoga sect, the Udasis. And what his legacy is
today.

| Amandeep Singh |
Amandeep Singh is our expert on Baba Siri Chand! He is trained in both the
Udasi Tradition of Baba Sri Chand and the Nirmala Sikh Tradition of Guru Gobind Singh. Inspired by the teachings
of his master, Yogi Bhajan, he travels around the world sharing the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga. He is a certified Kundalini
Yoga Teacher and a Professional Teacher Trainer, with KRI. Yogi Bhajan asked him to teach us about this great saint and yogi.
Amandeep Singh of India will be based in Singapore when he teaches this tele-course on April 22 and 29.
Amandeep
Singh lets us know how the practice of yoga, starting with Guru Nanak and Baba Siri Chand was inextricably established in
conjunction with the "Guru" tradition of Sikh Dharma from its very founding, right through Guru Gobind Singh who
was also the founder of the Nirmala Sikh Tradition. And Amandeep Singh tells the story of how Baba Siri Chand acknowledged
Guru Ram Das as the seat of Raj Yog, the master of all the yogic traditions.
Amandeep Singh emphasizes
that historically there were actually 5 main traditions among the Sikhs! But with the coming of the British to india,
much changed, many Sikh practices along with yoga were banned in the British Raj. Much of the teachings went underground
and with time the common man lost it. So, Yogi Bhajan has not created something new, but in fact, he has returned us to our
roots. Amazing information!
There will be some time during the class to ask your questions.
This will be an terrifically interesting course!
